AI in Automotive: applications, opportunities and barriers
The workshop will showcase the AI initiatives of the EU Commission and examine the integration of AI within the automotive sector.
The event will bring together policymakers, industry leaders, startups, associations and researchers to identify key use cases, discuss challenges such as connectivity, data, and computing resources, and explore ways to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies in automotive. Insights from the event will help shape future EU policies in research, innovation, and AI deployment.
The workshop will consist of two main parts:
- Morning: Leading use cases, their potential impact, and current challenges
- Afternoon: Key enables to accelerate AI innovation in automotive: regulation, data, computing and connectivity
